FAQ — Bluffton Farm and Flea

Market Schedule:
Fridays and Saturdays 10am-2pm
Year-round, weather permitting.

Vendor Requirements:

Please let us know as soon as you know the dates you would like exhibit at the market. We would like to know four weeks in advance when possible. So, each week, add a new week if possible. That is not to say you will not be accepted if we have space, but we do operate on a first-come basis.
You may sign up for as few or as many dates as you please at this point. This policy is subject to change as the market evolves.
You must bring a 10x10 tent and table. If you don't have one or either, please email us and request rentals ahead of time. Tents are $25 per day and 6’ tables are $5 per day. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Tents must be secured as to not blow over from wind.
Please do not hang merchandise from your tent.
Please do not put sides or windows on your tents as it blocks other vendors from view.
No smoking or pets.

Arrival & Set Up:

Please pull into our driveway to be directed to your space.
Set up is from 8-9:45am the day of the market. You must be in your tent by 9:45am and ready to greet attendees.
If you are exhibiting on Friday AND Saturday, you may leave your tent and tables set up overnight in between days, but we are not responsible for loss or damages.
Unload your product upon arrival and move your vehicle offsite before setting up. There is no on-site parking at this time.
If you arrive late, you must park on the street and carry your products to your booth.
Please do not tear down before the market closes at 2pm. Should you tear down early, you will not be invited back.
Booth payment is accepted the day of the market. Both cash and card are accepted.

Notice of Cancellation:

Food and beverage trucks: Please confirm your market attendance by Monday of that week. If you are unable to attend, this gives us time to find a replacement.

Space Assignment:

You will be assigned a space location each week. Participants who are at the market every week will be given priority. The manager reserves the right to change space assignments at any time.

Insurance and Licenses:

We are not in the town of Bluffton but in the county of Beaufort, therefore you will need a Beaufort County business license.

No alcohol can be served without a permit from the county.
Food vendors must have liability insurance naming Bluffton Farm and Flea Market as an additional insured at 172 Bluffton Rd. Bluffton, SC 29910.

We will do our best not to overlap products.
